SALARY: R163 680 to R192 810 per year

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent, and at least one year of experience.
Experience in general administration is an advantage. All shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a practical exercise as part of the selection process to assess their suitability for the job based on the required skills and abilities.
Skills and Competencies: Good communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizing skills are needed.
Computer skills at an intermediate level are required.
DUTIES: Assist Judges by escorting them to court and attending court sessions.
Call the court to start proceedings. Hand over exhibits and documents between the lawyers and the Judge. Help people involved in legal cases with court–related tasks both in the courtroom and in the office. Perform general messenger duties inside and outside the court. Collect and deliver mail, packages, files, and documents. Copy court documents and judgments. Help other administrative departments during the court term and when the court is closed, as directed by the Chief Registrar and Court Manager.
