About the Learnership Programme
The Project Manager Learnership (NQF Level 5) presented by means of the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) is a nationally recognized, structured gaining knowledge of programme designed to equip members with theoretical and sensible abilities in challenge management. The learnership spans all phases of undertaking administration – from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure – and aligns with PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) global standards.
Each of the three regional programmes (KZN, Western Cape, Gauteng) provides 7 contract positions, bringing the complete to 21 positions on hand nationwide.
Learnership Requirements
Applicants need to meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Have carried out Grade 12 (matric)
- Hold a minimal NQF Level 4 qualification
- Be laptop literate
- Be educated in English
- Be presently unemployed
- Not be reading at any tertiary institution
- Not having participated in a learnership programme before
