Necsa Group, via Necsa Learning Academy, is contributing towards abilities improvement by way of imparting a 24-month WIL Programme for qualifying college students to reap skills, knowledge, and experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Unemployed South African residents aged between 18 to 35, who are college students from TVET Colleges and have carried out their N6 qualification, are invited to apply.
Applicants should supply a letter from their organization confirming that they have done the theoretical issue of their research and require realistic ride to graduate in one of the following fields of study:
Electrical
Instrumentation
Fitter and Turner
Mechanical Fitter
Boilermaker
Welder
Applicants who have already participated in any Necsa graduate Programme will no longer be considered. If it is located that this used to be the case after appointment, the contract will be terminated with instant effect.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Good interpersonal skills, professionalism, integrity, potential to work beneath pressure, and deadline-driven. Successful candidates need to be analytical and have excessive interest to detail. Ambitious and inclined to learn.
