REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Computer literacy.
• A qualification in Financial Management will be an added advantage.
• A valid driver’s licence, except for persons with disabilities.

KEY DUTIES

The successful candidates will perform financial and cashier-related administrative duties, including:

• Performing cashier duties.
• Issuing receipts.
• Safekeeping and banking of State monies.
• Maintaining and updating relevant registers.
• Preparing consolidated reports.
• Capturing revenue transactions on the financial system.
• Preparing payments to the Provincial Government and service providers for cash collection.
• Ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded and administered.
