QUALIFICATIONS: You need a Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent qualification at NQF 4 as recognized by SAQA.
You should have 5 years of driving experience.You must have a driver’s license code 8/B.You should also have the following general skills: doing a good job, taking initiative, working well with others, planning and carrying out tasks, being reliable, communicating well, and working as part of a team.You must also have the following technical skills: driving, inspecting vehicles, and understanding how to use all controls properly to operate vehicles safely.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The person who gets this job will do the following tasks: collect, deliver, and transport documents, equipment, and packages between different DCoG buildings and outside clients and service providers.
Help with chauffeur services.Do a daily check of the vehicle and report any problems.Pick up and drop off vehicles that are booked for service or repair.Help with issuing vehicles and checking the logbooks.
